Platform screens

A map of the Platform pages where your staff run Embed, each control with the page that explains it.

Embed · Self-hosted with an Embed license

The Platform sidebar’s Embed group is there while the license includes Embed. Any platform admin can read it. Changes take an instance-wide platform admin, their two-factor code and a screen wider than a phone; revoking a key works on a phone too. History on each page opens its changes in the audit log.

Partner keys

Keys: Name, start (gre_…), Last used, Allowed from; Edit…, Rotate…, Revoke…. Make a partner key.
Allowed websites: Add, Remove; below, Added by your server for customers, read-only. Allow your app’s website.
Add the embed to your app: 1 · On your server, 2 · In your page (Script tag or React). Quick start.
Preview as a customer: See it as a customer.

What customers get

A row opens its editor beside the table. If another admin saved first, yours is refused.

Pages, Building, Runs, Connections, Developers: Switches, marked Changed from the default or new. Turning off one AI apps need asks first (Save and pause). Switches.
AI app sign-in: AI app sign-in address, Disconnect all AI apps. Let customers sign in AI apps.
Apps: Every app, new ones included, or Only the apps I choose, by category: new ones stay off, and none chosen means none. A customer’s record can narrow it. Branch, Loop and empty steps are always there. An app the workers don’t serve now stays chosen, marked “Not on the workers right now”.
Keel for customers: The assistant.
Never in the embed: What customers see.

Branding

Nothing changes until Save. Export, Import… and Reset… work on the whole page. See Appearance and branding.

Notifications

Destinations: Add a destination…, Send a test. Add a destination.
Deliveries: Sending, Waiting, Retrying at …, Delivered, Failed; a delivery has Replay. Delivery and retries.

Elsewhere in the Platform

A customer’s record: Your app’s customer, with its customer id, Apps, Keel this month, Connected AI apps and AI app sign-in address.

Settings › General: The license card, and Limits for every account. Runs at once.
Settings › OAuth apps: Not set up, From server settings or Set here. Show your name on the sign-in.
Organizations: Your app’s customers, the Usage view, Export CSV. Usage.
A customer’s record: Your app’s customer: Choose apps…, Keel allowance…, Disconnect all in this customer; Limits…, Suspend…, Resume…, Restore…. Where your staff see them.
People: Your app’s people. People.
Audit log: Every change your server and your staff made, by account.
