One token dialog, and a Waiting tab

API tokens are made in one dialog. Runs has a Waiting tab, and you can cancel the runs waiting in line.

What changed

• Cancel N waiting on the Runs page. See Run again, cancel or delete runs.
• Cancel waiting runs from the API. See Cancel waiting runs.
• List waiting runs, in line order, and runs a worker has (GET /api/runs?taken=true). See List waiting runs.
• The success rate is worked ÷ (worked + failed) everywhere. See Runs.
• A blocked address says “This address can’t be reached from workflows”, then names the host. See Outbound access.

When you update

Migration 098 adds one nullable column.

GoRunner’s image is private for now. With Docker, sign in to the registry first. On Kubernetes, sign Helm in and give the cluster its pull Secret. See Update for the whole procedure, or Install with Docker and Install on Kubernetes to install this version anew.
