Fixes from a partner’s report

Fixes reported by an Embed partner, and lists that stay fresh.

## What changed

- Runs, Workflows and Connections no longer show an old answer after a tab switch or Back. See [Runs](https://docs.gorunner.io/build/runs).
- The Partner API says `running` for a run a worker has. See [List runs](https://docs.gorunner.io/embed/api/runs/list-runs).
- A revoked or expired embed token answers `401 TOKEN_ENDED`, with its reason. See [`TOKEN_ENDED`](https://docs.gorunner.io/errors#TOKEN_ENDED).
- The audit log records which switches changed, old and new. See [Switches](https://docs.gorunner.io/embed/switches).

## When you update

GoRunner’s image is private for now. With Docker, [sign in to the registry](https://docs.gorunner.io/self-host/install-docker#sign-in-to-the-registry) first. On Kubernetes, [sign Helm in and give the cluster its pull Secret](https://docs.gorunner.io/self-host/install-kubernetes#make-a-namespace).
