New Code steps are on 2.0.0

A new Code step now gets 2.0.0, where nothing in its code is replaced: values arrive through **Inputs**. Existing steps stay on 1.0.0.

## What changed

- A new Code step, however it is made, pins 2.0.0. See [Code](https://docs.gorunner.io/apps/code).

On Kubernetes, [sign Helm in and give the cluster its pull Secret](https://docs.gorunner.io/self-host/install-kubernetes#make-a-namespace).
