New Settings and Platform pages

Settings, the Platform console, the organization switcher and Connections are redesigned.

## What changed

- Platform has Overview, Organizations, People, Usage, Health, Audit and Settings pages. See [The Platform console](https://docs.gorunner.io/self-host/platform).
- A visit to an organization ends by itself, after an hour by default. See [Visit an organization](https://docs.gorunner.io/self-host/visit-an-organization).
- Adding a connection starts with search. See [Connections](https://docs.gorunner.io/build/connections).

## When you update

Migrations 113 to 115 are expand-only.

GoRunner’s image is private for now. With Docker, [sign in to the registry](https://docs.gorunner.io/self-host/install-docker#sign-in-to-the-registry) first. On Kubernetes, [sign Helm in and give the cluster its pull Secret](https://docs.gorunner.io/self-host/install-kubernetes#make-a-namespace).
