# Keyboard shortcuts

Every key the dashboard answers, by where you are.

Press `?` on Runs, Connections or Templates to see their keys there. Keys never act while you type in a field: there, `Ctrl``Z` undoes your typing.

## Everywhere

- `Ctrl` · `K`: Search and commands
- `Ctrl` · `E`: Switch organization or workspace
- `Ctrl` · `,`: Settings, on your account
- `Ctrl` · `B`: Show or hide the sidebar
- `Alt` · `T`: The newest notice’s action, such as Undo
- `/`: Search the list you are on
- `?`: The keys of Runs, Connections or Templates

## Workflows

- `↑` · `↓` · or · `j` · `k`: Move between workflows
- `x` · or · `Space`: Select
- `Shift` · `↑` · `↓`: Select a range
- `Ctrl` · `A`: Select the list
- `Esc`: Clear the selection
- `Enter`: Open
- `F2`: Rename
- `r`: Run now… or Test
- `Ctrl` · `D`: Duplicate
- `m`: Move to folder
- `t`: Tags
- `Delete`: Delete
- `.` · or · `Shift` · `F10`: The row’s menu

## Editor

- `Ctrl` · `S`: Save the draft
- `Ctrl` · `Z`: Undo
- `Ctrl` · `Shift` · `Z` · or · `Ctrl` · `Y`: Redo
- `Ctrl` · `C`: Copy the step
- `Ctrl` · `V`: Paste
- `Ctrl` · `D`: Duplicate the step
- `Delete`: Delete the selection
- `A`: Add a step after the selected one
- `Enter` · or · `Space`: Open the step’s settings
- `Esc`: Close the step’s settings
- `Tab`: Move through the canvas, top to bottom
- `Enter` · or · `F2`: Write in a sticky note

## Adding a step

- `↑` · `↓`: Move through the apps
- `Enter`: Choose
- `←` · `→`: The previous or next category, while the search is empty
- `Esc`: Close

## A run’s page

- `.` · `,`: The next or previous step
- `[` · `]`: The newer or older run
- `R`: Run a failed run again (asks first)
- `F`: Follow a running run, or stop following it
- `Esc`: Close the step, then clear the selection

## Runs

- `j` · or · `↓`: Next run
- `k` · or · `↑`: Previous run
- `Enter`: Open the run
- `x`: Select it
- `Shift` · `x`: Select from the last one
- `Ctrl` · `A`: Select every run shown, then every match
- `1`: Approve (an approval)
- `2`: Reject (an approval)
- `r`: Run again…
- `c`: Cancel…
- `Delete`: Delete…
- `n`: Show the new runs
- `.` · or · `Shift` · `F10`: More
- `Esc`: Clear the selection

## Connections

- `↑` · `↓` · or · `j` · `k`: Move between connections
- `Enter`: Open
- `Esc`: Close, back to the row
- `Shift` · `F10`: The row’s menu
- `T`: Test
- `F2`: Rename
- `Delete`: Delete (asks first)

## Templates

- `/` · or · `Ctrl` · `/`: Search
- `↑` · `↓` · or · `j` · `k`: Move between templates
- `Enter`: Open the template
- `U`: Use it
- `Shift` · `F10`: Its menu
- `Delete`: Delete it (where you may; asks first)
- `Esc`: Close, back to the row

## Keel

- `Ctrl` · `Shift` · `O`: New conversation
- `Ctrl` · `/`: Find a conversation
- `Enter`: Send
- `Shift` · `Enter` · or · `Alt` · `Enter`: A new line
- `Esc`: Stop Keel’s reply
- `↑` · `↓`: Move through the `/`, `@` or `#` list
- `Enter` · or · `Tab`: Pick from the list
